Jacqueline Fernandez grew up in Bahrain, Manama. She is Sri Lankan and comes from an ethnically diverse background. Jacqueline Fernandez's mother Kim and father Elroy have both been Malaysian. There are two older brothers and two younger brothers. The 80s were the time when her parents emigrated to Bahrain due to civil unrest in Sri Lanka. As a result, she was both born and raised in the country. In Australia she was enrolled in Media and Communications at University of Sydney after completing her studies in Bahrain. She was also a student at in the Berlitz school of languages which helped her improve on French, Arabic and Spanish. Miss Sri Lanka 2006 competed in the Miss Universe 2006 and Miss Universe 2006 as well as Miss Universe 2006 when she was awarded the title in 2006. Following her win of the Miss Sri Lanka title in 2006, she entered the world of TV and anchored a show that was a business show in Sri Lanka known as Lanka Business Report. Padukone was the daughter of badminton world champion Prakash Padukone. Padukone grew her life in Bangalore, but she came from Copenhagen. When she was in her teens, Padukone competed in national championships of badminton at both the regional and international levels. But, she resigned from the sport in order to make a profession as fashion designer. Padukone is a native of Mangalore, India. The language she speaks is Konkani is where she comes from. Padukone is a village in Kundapura Taluk of Karnataka's Udupi District. His father, Prakash Padukone, is a retired badminton player of world-class fame, while her mother is a travel consultant.
